Hiking and Camping
Camp hiking and camping classes teach you how to build a fire, pitch a tent, pack your gear for an overnight hike, and other outdoor living skills to be a good environmental steward. You will learn the many
safety rules for being in the woods and also how to minimize your impact on the environment. We have our own complete camping gear, and the campers love to pack up and go backpacking into the forest.
Are you ready for a hike? Nearby Pisgah National Forest is a special place for both day hikes and overnight camping trips, with over 100 different hiking trails and many beautiful waterfalls.
Right here at Keystone there are several nice camping sites with shelters. Cabin groups have lots of fun hiking up the camp roads to have a cookout and campout right here on the property.
