Registration Policies for 2010

Camper Registration Forms for the 2010 Season will be available by mail and online on Monday, August 10, 2009.  Campers from the 2009 Season will be able to enroll for the 2010 Season online through their Camp In Touch personal accounts.  New applicants will follow the "Enroll Now" link that will become available on this page on August 10, 2009.  The application form may also be downloaded and mailed to camp with the deposit check or credit card information.

Applications will be mailed on August 10, 2009 to the following groups:

1)  Families on our 2009 Waiting List

2)  2009 Cancellations

3)  Prospects who have contacted Keystone in the past 18 months

Campers will be enrolled in the following priority:

1)  Returning campers form our 2009 Season will be guaranteed a space in the same session they attended in 2009 if they meet the age requirement of the session and their application is received by October 1, 2009.

2)  Priority will then be given to 2009 campers who would like to change sessions.

3)  Applications from campers who were wait listed in 2009, those who cancelled for the 2009 Season, siblings of current campers, daughters of alumnae, or former campers will be enrolled in the order in which they arrive at the camp office.

4)  New camper applications received prior to October 1, 2009 will be held in the order in which they were received.  On October 2, 2009 the new campers will be enrolled as space allows in the order in which they were received.

5) Applications should be completed as soon as possible.  We do not recommend waiting until the October 1, 2009 deadline.  Applications may be completed online, returned by United States Postal Service, fax, Federal Express, UPS or another courier.  Our mailing address is listed at the top of the page.  For couriers, please use 101 Keystone Camp Road, Brevard, NC  28712.  Applications will only be processed when they are properly signed and accompanied by the $750 deposit.
