Positions
Our staff members serve as both Cabin Counselors and Activity Instructors. Two counselors live together in a cabin with eight campers who are in the same grade in school. Cabin Counselors are responsible for getting their campers ready for the day, and are there to greet them in the evening after the day's activities are over.

Rock Climbing |
|
There are 3 or 4 positions available for Rock Climbing Instructors at Keystone, which is part of the Adventure Program. Rock Climbing is offered 6 or 7 activity periods a day and is one of our most popular activities among campers. Keystone Camp has a 32-foot wall with four panels, each gradually becoming more difficult and challenging for our climbers. At least once or twice a week, we head into Pisgah National Forest and climb a real rock face, which challenges our campers even more. It is an awesome experience for both campers and counselors alike!

Instructors will be responsible for running classes at the climbing wall as well as leading a series of trips off the camp property to actual rock sites.
