Please plan for campers to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on opening day. Lunch for campers will be served at 12:30 p.m. Key Camps should plan to arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on opening day. On closing day, all campers should be picked up between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Due to staff leave and meetings, we are unable to accommodate campers prior to and after opening and closing days. CIT's are asked to arrive by 5:00 p.m. the Saturday before camp opens to attend staff meetings and prepare for opening day.

Summer Camp Payment Schedule
The camp fees are payable as follows:
| Registration Fee | $750.00 (due with application) |
| By February 1st | 1/2 of Remaining Balance |
| By April 1st | Remaining Balance |
If you would like to pay a fixed amount each month, please contact the camp office for a payment schedule. A reminder will be mailed the month before payments are due. As of June 1st any past due accounts will result in cancellation of camper's enrollment with no refund of tuition.
A five percent reduction on tuition fees is made for two or more sisters who are attending camp. (Aides or CIT's with siblings at camp will not receive this discount, but the sibling will.)
